They picked Bloc Party for this tour, and for their last tour they had The Dresden Dolls (another favorite of mine).

I give them credit for bringing good bands to shows that'll expose them to a wider audience and get them the recognition they so rightly deserve.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17621507.post-1163071479115523372006-11-09T11:24:00.000+00:002006-11-09T11:24:00.000+00:00I agree with him.

Bloc Party is very different that P!ATD, its not manufactured, and i know that a lot of Bloc fans had made the same thing as him, took the album and heard it almost everywhere.

I can only hope a greatest future to Bloc Party.

Nothing else comes close.Blazenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17621507.post-1163009494406315802006-11-08T18:11:00.000+00:002006-11-08T18:11:00.000+00:00oh will i love you it is great that your article got on this website!! i do somewhat agree with you that putting on eyeliner and frilly shirts does not make you a musician but i am a fan of P!ATD i think what they do is unlike other bands. But i am also a big fan of Bloc Party they are pretty much amazing!! I am so excited for the concert becuase i am there for both these bands but it will be interesting to see the people that are just there for Panic and just there for Bloc Party and and how they react to the other band. Ill take pictures.
ktAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17621507.post-1162968646923580402006-11-08T06:50:00.000+00:002006-11-08T06:50:00.000+00:00i agree with that guy too, that bloc's got to be known all over the globe, i'm a mexican BP fan and the gig here in mexico city was so fucking awesome, personally i don't like these kind of bands like P!ATD or fall out boy (fuck them!) but perhaps this tour with P!ATD will bring us bloc party and more uk bands more often (hopefully!) well i'm not american but maybe some bands would like to come to latin america. can't wait for the new album i'm so anxious.rulitohttp://www.myspace.com/rulerulitonoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17621507.post-1162950920537760912006-11-08T01:55:00.000+00:002006-11-08T01:55:00.000+00:00I agree with everything said in the above postings.
