'One Month Off' out Monday!
The third single to be taken from Bloc Party's third album, 'Intimacy', will be released next Monday (January 26th). 'One Month Off' will be available via the medium of download, and also on 7" vinyl (with the 'Findo Gask Cruel And Unusual 7inch Mix' as the solitary b-side).

Im pretty sure it wont be realeased as a single EVER! its not really mainstream enough for them to get radio and television play. Its ok for the fans to like it and want it released but in terms of record sales and aquiring new fans that wanna jump on the bandwagon 'cos it suddenly cool to like Bloc Party it probs aint gunna happen!
For us hardcore fans i personally wouldnt want 'OMO' as a single but the record company wouldnt make any money out of it so it wouldnt work.

I bet that BP aren't releasing any Intimacy B-sides because they probably got a lot of crap about the AWITC b-sides being a lot better than anything on AWITC. I bet they're keeping the b-sides to themselves to avoid fan agitation, whateva.
It's either that or there are no b-sides other than the abomination "Idea for a Story", lol.

Maybe they'll release a whole CD of B-Sides in retaliation to Another Weekend in the City..
And I do hope the B-Sides are better than the CD tracks.. because.. erm, I don't really like the album all that much.

ive bought every single since the release of a weekend in the city.
but theres no new b-side so i dont see the point.
i'll just download the remix b-side from somewhere
